Our next Annual Meeting will be held on Tuesday, February 24, 2026 at 7:00 p.m.

It will be held in the Multi Purpose Room at Red Lion Christian Academy.  It will be also be conducted on Zoom.  (Zoom details will be posted here on the day of the meeting.)

The reason we are moving the annual meeting to the beginning of the year is that the board conducts business on a calendar year basis.  When we held annual meetings in the fall, we were forced to provide estimated financial results for the last four months of the year.  Going forward, we will be reporting actual results for the entire year.  

One additional change for this year: prior to the meeting, all homeowners will be mailed a packet with the information that will be covered during the meeting.  This will have two benefits:

• People will have a chance to review the information prior to the meeting.

• All homeowners will see the information, and not just those who attend the annual meeting itself.​
